Service: From locksmith service, key duplication, opening, shoe repair, battery replacement for watches, and shoe enhancement, you can find everything here. Important: The operator is a nice seller who is actively working on all fronts to keep everything running in challenging times. A very open person who fits well in a store. So not just buy, but also plan 5 minutes for chatting. That would be the added value compared to online shopping. Aside from that, everything here is quick!

A very nice gentleman. Helped quickly and uncomplicated. I thought it was great that the lock was not immediately replaced, but that a cheaper option was first sought, which then also worked. The broken key was removed from the lock and duplicated. It fit perfectly. And that for a reasonable 80€.

THANK YOU for an absolutely invisible repair on my favorite toe separator sandal. Our first encounter was initially highly critical. The specialist tried to inspect the sole at the first touch to see if it could be loosened for better gluing of the midsole. I did not expect this approach and did everything to save the identity of my shoe, absolutely did not want to have to wear two different shoes later. In short: I did not trust the process. I thought everyone would see later that the sandal had been repaired. Anyone who knows the Gabor toe separators knows what I'm talking about. The specialist must have smiled at my torn feelings. Because for 15 years, I have been wearing genuine leather toe separators in various colors during the warm season. They are a fashionable cult object for me and very comfortable ;-) !!!! Only when the specialist informed me about his skills, his knowledge, and dexterity, telling me how he acquired all this knowledge under the supervision of his father, uncle, and possibly grandfather (?), all shoemakers, could I leave my shoe there with peace of mind. It sounds funny, but when it comes to favorite shoes, I am relatively uncompromising. He also showed me as proof a pair of very high-quality biker boots that were currently being worked on, "They will look as good as new again!" (Something like that ;-) ) .... Any other shoemaker would have shown me a bird and made it clear to me, "... go home, if you know what you want, you can come back!" This friendly, patient, understanding, customer-oriented specialist really has more than just "it". My shoe is *perfectly* repaired!!! By the way, my trust is now on solid ground. He is ABSOLUTELY recommendable!!! I will remain a customer here. Finally, I have found someone who understands his craft and loves it too!!! Last, I had an older shoemaker in a village 30 years ago. (I know, no one here is interested :-) )
